When booking your event we do not travel by horse and carriage more than 2 miles. By setting the walking button on MapQuest from beginning to the end of the route, it will tell you how long the route will take by horse. The route needs to be safe and will be accessed by us ahead of time. Your safety is our priority. We require for any event an hour rental, even if you just need us for a few minutes. After the event is approved a non-refundable security deposit is required to hold your special day. Use the event deposit button below to make payment. Once the deposit is received an official invoice will be sent to you outlining the details of the event.
Remaining balance can be paid though our invoice emailed to you. Final payment can also be paid on the day of your event with cash or check. Please make check out to: Ladybug Ranch LLC. God bless.
