Q: How do I book a ride? All rides must present original vouchers. No email confirmations will be excepted.

Q: My code is not working when I try to book, what should I do?
A: Email mailto:[email protected] for your temporary code. The original voucher with it's code must be presented either on your phone or printed out in order to ride.
Q: How many people can ride in the carriage?
A: The carriage holds 4 adults comfortably with 2 small children on laps.
Q: How soon should I arrive for my ride?
A: Please allow yourself time to park and be ready for your ride 10 minutes before your ride.
Q: Are there any restrictions for the ride?
A: Young and old are welcome. Persons with recent surgery such as knee replacements, have had great success riding along. We have a caring staff and welcome all!
Q:Will I get a confirmation when I book my ride?
A: You will receive an email after completion of your booking.
Q: What if the weather is real bad?
A: Our carriage does not operate in storms, 87 degree weather or hotter, 18 degrees below, including real feel, blizzards, all day rain, heavy rain or weather that may endanger you or the horse and driver. We will notify you by phone or email to cancel the ride. Please leave the best way to get a hold of you if we do have to cancel. Cancellations can happen right before for ride if we can't ride. You will be allowed to reschedule tickets (subject to availability) or receive credit for a future event. This is an outdoor activity and you must dress appropriately.

A: Sure thing. Let us know asap.
Q: Do you charge for kids?
A: Any child 5 and under is free, 6 and older are considered an adult.
Q: Do we tip our driver and how much?
A: Tips are greatly appreciated. Tip on the full value of your ride if so desired.
Q: Is it hard work for the horses to pull a carriage?
A: We use well trained Percheron draft horses for our services. These horses are very large and strong. They on an average ride will pull 1200-2000 lbs with ease.
Q: Do the horses like pulling the carriage?
A: The Percheron draft horses were bred for pulling and can live out longer healthier lives due to exercise and mental stimulation. Of course it doesn't hurt all the extra attention and love that get from all of you!
Q: Can I bring a treat for the horse?
A: The horses are allowed to have apples or carrots for treats, you are welcome to bring them along for them.
Q: Can I bring food and drinks on the carriage?
A: Yes food and drinks are allowed on the carriage.
Q: The day my ride was scheduled for was canceled, can I get a refund?
A: Only Dec rides that we cancel will be refunded in Dec. Rides are shutting down so get your ride in now.
Q: Do you provide blankets?
A: Yes a heavy lap blanket is provided if it's cold outside.
